Résumé

The goal of this presentation is to discuss the FDE (fault detection and exclusion) performance of the MCMF (multi-constellation and multi-frequency) RAIM algorithm, i.e., the ability of MCMF RAIM to handle single and multiple simultaneous faults, including a reliable FDE capability. The analytical and numerical analysis of the snapshot LS-based RAIM algorithm in the case of several constellations and several simultaneous faults are discussed. The mathematical model of pseudo-range errors and multiple simultaneous faults is recalled and, next, the calculation of the probabilities of false alarm, missed detection, and wrong exclusion is considered.
