Systems and methods for topography and three-dimensional reconstruction from a scatter plot and computer storage media for said systems and methods

Abstract : The invention relates to a topography and a three-dimensional reconstruction of an environment from data representative of at least one scatter plot created by means of topographical measurement by wave scanning, characterised in that they comprise a determination (51) of consecutive sections comprising a plurality of points classified according to at least one index; a determination (52) of a polygonal line joining all of the consecutive points in each of the sections; and a triangulation (53) of the strips between the polygonal lines, by at least one iterative advancing front of defined successive triangles, from a segment connecting a polygonal line to the following polygonal line, forming a triangle with the point that follows - according to said chronology - one of said two points of the two polygonal lines that is the least furthest away from the polygonal line to which it does not belong.
