Aluminum nanostructures for UV plasmonics

Abstract

We report on the synthesis of aluminum nanoparticles by different ways. For all the different technique, the optical properties have been carefully studied. Particularly, it appears that the chemical ways induce hybrid metal / oxyde nanoparticles showing a strong photoluminescence.
