Modélisation mécanique et numérique de la mise en forme de structures souples avec remaillage adaptatif

Abstract : The simulation of the forming of flexible structures presents an invaluable tool of assistance at the design. It makes it possible to study the feasibility of the manufacturing process as well as the prediction of the defects which can be generated. However, it is necessary to study the mechanical behaviour of the structure. A modelling of the mechanical behaviour of the flexible fabrics is presented. The identification of the parameters of the model is based on uni-axial tensile tests. A method of identification by inverse approach based on an optimization algorithm is proposed. Simulations of the deep-drawing of fabrics using adaptive remeshing procedure are also given.
